UX/UI Designer

About the Role

We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create beautiful and intuitive user experiences for our products. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to bring designs to life, conduct user research, and ensure our products are both functional and delightful.

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be responsible for designing user interfaces, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user testing, and maintaining design systems. This role offers the opportunity to shape the user experience of our products and make a significant impact on how users interact with our technology.

                    Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Conduct user research and usability testing

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking
Experience with user research, usability testing, and design iteration
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
Understanding of web and mobile design principles and best practices
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
Experience designing for enterprise or B2B applications
Understanding of data visualization and dashboard design
Experience with animation and micro-interactions
Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
