Product Manager

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap while working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver exceptional products that solve real customer problems.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers
Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Lead product development sprints and ensure timely delivery of features
Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Manage product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and decisions
Work with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to launch
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working with agile development methodologies
Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering teams
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise software or cloud services
Background in AI/ML products or data analytics platforms
Certification in product management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM)
Experience with user research and UX design principles
Knowledge of API design and developer experience
